Only image posts that appear in the Shorts feed are counted as views, reported under the Posts content type. Traffic that surfaces in the Home feed, Subscriptions tab, Watch Next, or channel spaces does not add to a creator’s view totals. The feature is currently rolling out to eligible creators on the mobile app.
