Moon Destroys, the Atlanta‑based atmospheric heavy‑rock trio, has confirmed the release of their second full‑length album, Omni, on September 4, 2026. The announcement comes after the band reissued its debut, She Walks by Moonlight, last year and followed a lineup change that saw guitarist Juan Montoya and drummer/producer Evan Diprima join vocalist and guitarist Zach Amster.

The new lineup was announced earlier this year, and the band said the change occurred a quarter into the recording process. According to the band’s statement, the writing for Omni took place between tours in 2025, and the group described the album as its heaviest and favorite to date.

Omni will be released through Blues Funeral Recordings, the label the band signed with in 2024. The album’s artwork was created by Montoya, while Diprima produced the record. Mario Quintero handled mixing and mastering, and the layout and design were produced by Branca Studio. A band photo by LK Konkoli accompanies the release.

The tracklist for Omni is as follows: 1. Invasion 2. Flowers 3. My Eyes 4. Motion Sickness 5. Kingdom 6. After 7. Sowing Stars 8. Missing Wish 9. Nocturne 10. Lost Hearts 11. She Cried

The first single from the album, “Flowers,” was released with an official music video directed by John Bradburn. The video was posted on the band’s YouTube channel on June 16, 2026, and features the same post‑90s grit that fans associated with the group’s earlier work.

In addition to the album release, Moon Destroys announced a tour in support of the record. The band will open for The Well during a series of shows across the United States. The tour schedule, taken from the band’s social‑media posts, is: - 19 Aug – Houston, TX – Dan Electros - 20 Aug – New Orleans, LA – Siberia - 21 Aug – Atlanta, GA – The Earl - 22 Aug – Savannah, GA – The Wormhole - 23 Aug – Raleigh, NC – The Pour House - 25 Aug – Philadelphia, PA – Milkboy - 26 Aug – Brooklyn, NY – The Wood Shop - 27 Aug – Hamden, CT – Space Ballroom - 28 Aug – Lowell, MA – Taffeta Music Hall - 29 Aug – Rochester, NY – Bug Jar - 1 Sep – Cleveland, OH – Beachland Ballroom - 2 Sep – Hamtramck, MI – Small’s - 3 Sep – Indianapolis, IN – Black Circle - 4 Sep – Nashville, TN – The 58 - 5 Sep – Dayton, OH – Fairborn Phoenix - 6 Sep – Chicago, IL – Sleeping Village - 7 Sep – Milwaukee, WI – X‑Ray Arcade - 8 Sep – Kansas City, MO – Sk8bar - 10 Sep – Denver, CO – HiDive (Moon Destroys headlining show)

The Denver date on September 10 is a record‑release show that will coincide with the album launch.

The band expressed gratitude to manager Anna and to Jadd at Blues Funeral for their support during the project. They also thanked the production team and the venues that will host the tour.

Moon Destroys maintains an online presence through its official website, Bandcamp page, and social‑media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and a Linktree profile. The band’s releases are available on the Blues Funeral Recordings Bandcamp page.

With Omni set for release on September 4, fans can expect a new chapter in the trio’s discography that builds on the atmospheric heaviness of She Walks by Moonlight while introducing a broader sonic palette. The upcoming tour with The Well will provide an opportunity for the band to present the new material live and to reach audiences across the country.

The album’s release and tour schedule are confirmed by the band’s official communications and by Blues Funeral Recordings. No additional dates or changes have been announced as of the time of this report.
